If you like non-commercial castles, and really abandoned one, you should go to Nevytske Castle). This castle there is in the village Kamyanitsa Transcarpathian region of Ukraine, which is 12 km north of the regional center of Uzhgorod.
The castle was built in the XIII century on the hill above the valley of the river Uzh in place of an earlier wooden building. In 1241 it was destroyed by the Mongol-Tatar hordes, but in the second half of the XIII century, was restored.
At the beginning of XVII century, when this castle belonged to Drugetov dinasty, it passed from hands to hands because of internecine wars. In 1644, the castle was conquered and destroyed the Transylvanian governor György Rákóczi. Since then, the castle wasn't restored and reached our times in the form of ruins.

The structure consists of two defensive walls with a moat between them, the defensive wall with four towers on the inner shaft, an entry tower and the internal structure to keep tower.
